Position Overview

Azimuth Corporation is on the lookout for an Intermediate Agile Project Facilitator to support a key Government Client. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in agile methodologies to enhance iterative development processes, ensuring effective requirements gathering and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document project requirements, while reviewing and assessing documentation from various teams and external partners.
  • Analyze and synthesize the requirements behind feature requests, propose alternative technical and business strategies, and guide engineering teams to achieve tight deadlines.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Agile software development practices and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires proactive engagement with team members and cross-organizational colleagues.
  • Must possess an Active Secret Clearance.

Work Environment and Travel:

  • Ability to operate in an office setting, utilizing a desk and computer.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% for conferences, program reviews, and collaborative events, primarily within the continental United States.
