Key Responsibilities:
Guidehouse presents an exciting opportunity within our Defense and Security Segment to support a vital government agency. The Agile Project Facilitator will act as a central point for delivering Agile support and expertise.

The individual will frequently engage with senior government officials and staff, participating in a variety of program-specific tasks related to transformative systems.

The candidate should demonstrate flexibility in supporting various work products and deliverables.

Core Tasks:
Serve as Scrum Master across multiple teamsAnalyze requirements, developer experiences, performance metrics, and infrastructure trends to assist the client in making informed decisionsAssist and facilitate scaled Agile development processes while maintaining clear, actionable Azure DevOps (ADO) workflowsCollaborate closely with Technical Leads to define features and prioritize incoming tickets based on their urgency and impactWork with the team to address blockers and dependencies

Qualifications:
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance; or higherBachelor's Degree with FOUR (4) years of professional experience, including at least ONE (1) year as a Scrum Master

Preferred Qualifications:
An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearanceExperience leading teams utilizing SAFe scaled agile methodologiesAgile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner/Product Manager, etc.)Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience implementing them in a Federal programStrong written and verbal communication skills


Ability to convey applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and othersExceptional customer service skillsStrong time-management and prioritization abilitiesFlexibility, agility, and capacity to work in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.

Experience and knowledge working in Azure DevOpsSelf-motivated with inherent organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of coordinating and prioritizing multiple work streams against tight deadlines.

Comfort in functioning as both a business partner and a subject matter expert; ability to understand and evaluate long- and short-term budget considerations; and to communicate complex decision points to clientsStrong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and communicate across all levels of staff and leadership, along with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups.

Experience in developing project plans, status reports, and other content for executive leadership that promotes efficient decision-making.
