Travel Requirement:

The Agile Project Coordinator will act as a central figure in providing Agile support and expertise to governmental entities.

The individual will frequently engage with senior officials and staff, participating in a variety of program-specific tasks related to transformative systems within the Department.

A flexible approach is essential for supporting various work products and deliverables.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Agile Coordinator across multiple teams.
  • Evaluate requirements, developer experiences, performance metrics, and infrastructure trends to aid the client in decision-making.
  • Facilitate scaled Agile development processes and ensure clear, actionable Azure DevOps (ADO) workflows.

Qualifications:
Must possess the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance; a Bachelor's Degree is required.
A minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience, including at least ONE (1) year as an Agile Coordinator.

An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearance is mandatory.
Experience in leading teams utilizing SAFe scaled agile methodologies is preferred.
Agile certifications (such as Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner/Product Manager, etc.) are advantageous.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in implementing them within a Federal program is essential.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps is required.

The ability to assess and balance long- and short-term budget considerations is crucial; strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels of staff and leadership, as well as various internal and external stakeholder groups, are necessary.

Experience in developing project plans, status reports, and other materials for executive leadership that facilitate efficient decision-making is essential.
