Position Overview:

Absolute Business Solutions Corp (ABSC) is in search of an Intermediate Project Coordinator who holds a Top Secret clearance and possesses the capability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. This role is pivotal in enhancing the Department of Defense's (DoD) integration of data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) to secure a strategic advantage across various operational domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough budget and cost analysis to support AI/ML initiatives, including the development and management of models, tools, and techniques for effective budget planning, tracking, execution reconciliation, and analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and presentation of budgetary documents, such as Intelligence Program Objective Memorandum (IPOM) and Congressional Budget Justification Books (CJB), along with budget execution oversight.
  • Perform budget status reconciliation, track expenditures, manage activities, and aid in the formulation of spending plans while supporting project managers with contractor invoice tracking and customizing financial analysis tools as necessary.
  • Organize and lead monthly AI/ML PMO Resource Reviews for AI/ML programs, providing updates on internal budget and spending plans.
  • Support the AI/ML PMO in delivering monthly and quarterly reports to relevant stakeholders, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and Congress.
  • Facilitate daily operational rhythms to improve corporate efficiencies in AI/ML.
  • Prepare, maintain, and present financial and budget reports and briefings to senior leadership, utilizing visual aids such as graphs and charts, while also drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publication.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in planning, developing, testing, and documenting projects.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement practices, modernizing project methodologies, and reengineering outdated processes.
  • Support teams in the development and management of project milestones, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Background in CBRNE and/or Biosurveillance or related fields.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI system architectures and trends, including design patterns and DevSecOps.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and requirements owners to develop product lines.
  • Formulate plans, roadmaps, and software design strategies, analyzing and breaking down activities and requirements into software designs across system components.
  • Document reference architectures and compliance standards.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
