Role Overview:
Guidehouse presents a unique opportunity within our Defense and Security Segment, aimed at supporting the Department of State. The Agile Project Facilitator will act as a central resource for delivering Agile methodologies and expertise to government entities.

The individual will frequently engage with senior government personnel and staff, participating in a variety of program-specific activities related to the Department's transformative initiatives.

A flexible approach to supporting diverse work products and deliverables is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Scrum Master across multiple teamsAnalyze requirements, developer experiences, performance metrics, and infrastructure trends to assist the client in making informed decisionsAssist and facilitate scaled Agile development processes while maintaining clear, actionable Azure DevOps (ADO) workflowsCollaborate closely with Technical Leads to define features and prioritize incoming requests based on urgency and impactWork with the team to identify and resolve blockers and dependencies

Qualifications:
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET federal security clearance or higherBachelor's Degree with a minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience, including at least ONE (1) year as a Scrum Master

Preferred Qualifications:

An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearanceExperience leading teams utilizing SAFe scaled agile methodologiesAgile certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Product Owner/Product Manager, etc.)Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience implementing them in a Federal contextStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to convey applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and other stakeholdersExceptional customer service abilitiesStrong time-management and prioritization skillsFlexibility and adaptability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.

Experience and knowledge of Azure DevOpsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail; capable of coordinating and prioritizing multiple work streams under tight deadlines.

Comfortable functioning as both a business partner and a subject matter expert; able to understand and balance long- and short-term budget considerations and communicate complex decision points to clientsStrong interpersonal skills; capable of building relationships and communicating effectively across all levels of staff and leadership, along with various internal and external stakeholder groups.

Experience in developing project plans, status reports, and other materials for executive leadership that facilitate efficient decision-making.
