Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough budget and cost analysis to support AI/ML initiatives, focusing on the development and management of models, tools, and techniques for effective budget planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and presentation of financial documents, including Intelligence Program Objective Memorandum (IPOM) and Congressional Budget Justification submissions.
  • Oversee budget status reconciliation, expenditure tracking, and management activities, aiding in the formulation of spending plans and contractor invoice tracking.
  • Organize and lead monthly AI/ML PMO Resource Reviews, providing updates on internal budget and spending plans.
  • Support the AI/ML PMO in preparing and delivering monthly and quarterly reports to various stakeholders.
  • Facilitate day-to-day business operations to enhance corporate efficiencies in AI/ML projects.
  • Prepare and present financial and budget reports to senior leadership, utilizing visual aids for clarity and impact.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in planning, developing, testing, and documenting project activities.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement practices and modern project management methodologies.
  • Support for agency teams in establishing and managing project milestones and deliverables.
  • Background in CBRNE and/or Biosurveillance or related fields.
  • Awareness of current AI system architectures and trends, including DevSecOps.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and software design strategies, breaking down requirements into actionable software designs.
  • Experience in documenting compliance standards and reference architectures.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of experience.
