About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at The Good Feet Store Midwest. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, exceeding performance expectations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Coach and develop team members to exceed performance expectations
  • Monitor store metrics to motivate staff to exceed sales and productivity goals
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top talent
  • Manage store operations, including POS transactions and inventory control
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail/sales experience
  • 1+ years of Leadership & Management experience
  • Proven ability to create a culture of accountability and dedication to excellence
  • Motivational skills in a deadline-driven environment
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Understanding of financial statements and budget management

Physical Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
