A Sales Manager role is available at Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions in La Crosse, WI. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the printing industry. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Sales and Marketing teams, managing sales operations, developing and setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, training sales representatives, requesting quotes, ensuring all information and data is up-to-date, touring prospective customers, and maintaining customer relationships.

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
