Position Overview
The Fleet Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of drivers within a designated region. This role focuses on coaching and managing drivers to enhance their performance and safety, ensuring a positive work environment while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of drivers, ensuring effective communication and a positive work atmosphere.
  • Monitor driver performance and provide coaching based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • Oversee driver attendance, payroll, and compliance with training requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement innovative solutions for improving driver retention.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Two years of supervisory or leadership experience is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
  • Strong understanding of logistics industry regulations and supply chain components.

Travel Requirements
Some travel may be required, approximately 10-20% of the time.
