Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations at our facility in South New Jersey. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the daily operations related to driver staging. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the arrival of delivery routes and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Assigning routes to drivers
  • Distributing organized route bags to fleet drivers
  • Collaborating with the Operations & Support teams to assess driver performance and address any performance issues
  • Handling undeliverable parcels from drivers and processing them accordingly
  • Working alongside warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Assisting the operations team with fulfillment tasks and quality assurance
  • Reporting issues to Field Operations Managers as needed
  • Utilizing Hailify's backend software for operational tasks
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Work Schedule

Warehouse Supervisors are expected to work five days a week, including weekends, totaling approximately 40-45 hours. Shifts typically run from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive annual salary of $45,000, with W2 employment status.

  • Analytical mindset with sound judgment regarding inventory management.
Education and Experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
