Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage the staging of drivers at our operations in South New Jersey. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating the daily arrival of drivers at our warehouse. The responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the arrival of delivery routes and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Assigning routes to drivers
  • Distributing organized route bags to our fleet drivers
  • Collaborating with the Hailify Operations & Support teams to evaluate driver performance and address any issues
  • Processing undeliverable parcels returned by drivers
  • Working alongside other warehouse personnel
  • Assisting the operations team with fulfillment and quality assurance
  • Reporting issues to the Field Operations Managers as needed
  • Utilizing basic functions within Hailify's backend system
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Work Schedule: Warehouse Supervisors are scheduled for 5 days a week, including weekends, with approximately 40-45 hours of work per week, during shifts from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Compensation: Warehouse Supervisors are classified as W2 employees with an annual salary of $45,000.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong history of dependability.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the capacity to make informed judgments regarding inventory.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
