Key Responsibilities- Manage the development and implementation of service operational procedures, policies, programs, systems, and training.
- Direct all aspects of incoming service and preventative maintenance tickets, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Proactively manage preventative maintenance schedules, repair, and safety bulletin process to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop service technicians to ensure a highly skilled workforce.
- Handle escalated concerns and provide coaching and guidance to technicians as needed.
- Manage parts inventory and lead the team to work together to achieve daily goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Human Resource to support personnel concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive service industry, including at least 3 years managing a large-scale fleet operation or dealership.
- Strong operational management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Effective team builder and selector/developer of talent.
