Position Overview

The Retail Shopping Consultant plays a vital role in enhancing Membership engagement by delivering insights on Membership advantages, advocating for the value of Company offerings, managing Membership registrations, upgrades, and credit accounts, and actively participating in promotional events to achieve Membership objectives.

Ensures the safety of the Facility by adhering to all safety protocols, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting safety inspections, following proper equipment handling procedures, and reporting any unsafe conditions to Management.

Processes Member orders efficiently by reviewing requests, selecting items from inventory, scanning products, and preparing them for pickup. This involves ensuring order accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and addressing any stock shortages to fulfill Member needs.

Completes tasks and prioritizes responsibilities by utilizing company policies, data, and resources; collaborating with team members, customers, and other stakeholders; identifying priorities and deadlines; executing tasks; and communicating progress effectively. Adapts to changes and learns from feedback to enhance performance.

Delivers exceptional Member service by recognizing their needs, assisting with purchasing choices, locating products, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's offerings. Adheres to company policies and ethical standards by implementing relevant action plans and utilizing the Open Door Policy in business operations.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $17.00 to $24.00, with the actual rate determined by the applicable minimum wage laws.

Additional compensation may be available in the form of premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or type of work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
