As a Sales Associate at Kane's, you will have limitless opportunities for learning; prior experience is not necessary—only a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed.

Part-Time Position - 28 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Adopt a consultative selling approach to foster guest relationships.
  • Enhance both new and existing guest interactions by personalizing their in-store experience.
  • Work by appointment to accommodate guests' schedules.
  • Be accountable for your individual success within a collaborative team setting.
  • Meet and surpass weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Achieve personal sales and key performance metrics.
  • Exhibit energy, enthusiasm, and the ambition to thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Develop your business through networking, prospecting, and scheduling appointments, while creating an atmosphere for repeat business through referrals and positive online feedback.
  • Demonstrate professional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Show patience, resilience, and persistence supported by an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Possess excellent listening skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Integrate collections to design an ideal environment for guests.
  • Utilize your expertise and sense of style to ensure guests enjoy the best shopping experience possible.
