We seek a collaborative individual with a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service. This position is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in customer service or sales across various industries, including electronics, real estate, and marketing.

Availability Requirements: Must be fully available, including Fridays and Saturdays, with Sundays on a rotating schedule. Working hours will be from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage effectively with online customers and prospects, utilizing their preferred communication methods.
  • Oversee internet sales inquiries, respond promptly, and provide information on product availability and performance.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database to facilitate repeat business.
  • Coordinate appointments for interested customers to test drive and purchase vehicles.
  • Foster a positive work environment and strive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a BDC role is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
