Role Summary:
  • Assist clients in coordinating solutions, managing accounts, obtaining expert advice, and administering their plans.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries by documenting and analyzing trends in service needs.
  • Oversee and resolve client issues related to consulting, information, and software services, as well as product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary advisory contact for smaller, less complex client portfolios.
  • Collaborate with the Placement, Advisory Leader, and Client Executive to develop and execute renewal and placement strategies in line with client directives.
  • Evaluate quotes from carriers and provide insightful analysis to senior advisory colleagues and clients to aid in solution development and renewals.
  • Support senior advisory colleagues in achieving business objectives and RFPs through research and documentation preparation for new insurance and risk product design and marketing.
  • Manage follow-ups on coverage modifications with underwriters to ensure accuracy in coverage specifications.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and market contacts at appropriate levels to effectively implement client programs.
  • Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base through proactive internal communication to stay informed about evolving risk and insurance market conditions.
  • Enhance client retention through effective risk management solutions and superior service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial P&C account management or related support roles.
  • Project management experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with large commercial clients (e.g., Fortune 1000) is a plus.
  • CPCU or other relevant professional designations are preferred.
