Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our sales and service departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments according to a proven script
  • Log customer comments and schedule follow-up contacts as needed
  • Confirm scheduled appointments and post them on the appointment board
  • Re-schedule "no-show" customer appointments and follow up with sales or service departments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update database information
  • Contact current customers about marketing incentives and respond to customer website requests
  • Notify necessary departments of scheduled appointments and forward customer concerns to the correct manager
Requirements
  • Previous customer service and business development experience
  • Ability to deliver superior customer satisfaction
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Dealership Management System
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
