Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Empire Sales Group USA Inc. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our comprehensive suite of solutions to businesses in the Atlanta market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Atlanta market, leveraging our strategic location for easy access to potential clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, taking advantage of the numerous nearby venues for client meetings and networking.
  • Prospect for new business clients by setting up face-to-face meetings within your prescribed territory, with the convenience of being located near major highways for efficient travel.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, utilizing nearby business centers and conference spaces if needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge, with opportunities to attend local industry events and seminars in the Atlanta area.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector, is considered an asset but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
