Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Altitude Development Group. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory, promoting our supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with business owners and decision-makers to discuss and promote our insurance products and services
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Work independently to set and achieve sales targets and goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services
