Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Business Development Center Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and sales activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
