Business Development Center Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a Business Development Center Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads and schedule appointments with potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with customers
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and sales activity
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
