Business Development Representative

Job Summary
High Potential Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business-to-Business Sales Agent to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new business clients in the Duluth region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Duluth market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the business community.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and Verizon offerings to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by generating and closing sales leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales is an asset, but not a requirement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Able to work full-time (Monday - Friday).
