Retail Operations Leader

Your Impact
Key Responsibilities:


You will strategically lead the team to maximize and achieve store sales objectives while monitoring sales progress and results against key performance indicators.


Promote a consumer-centric mindset within the store and model effective selling behaviors through authentic interactions with customers for your team to emulate.

Attract, recruit, and hire high-quality, diverse talent while maintaining a robust succession plan within your store.

Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision to your associates.


Demonstrate clear communication, train and coach the team, set expectations for customer engagement, store policies, and procedures, as well as hiring and building a strong team.


Manage expenses to enhance sales and profitability, fostering a productive environment by ensuring the team possesses the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications for Success
What You Bring:
3-5+ years of relevant professional or retail management experience.

Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Capability to achieve business objectives by driving results through store teams.

Proven ability to coach and motivate a team to excel in sales and profitability.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to be solution-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.


A formal education and subsequent undergraduate or graduate degrees are advantageous, but we prioritize your overall experience and professional accomplishments.
