Position Overview

The Assistant Store Manager plays a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and promoting a culture of sales excellence within our Pet Care Center. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of 2 years of management experience. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential, along with a focus on customer service and team development. A valid driver's license is also required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing various roles within the Pet Care Center and collaborating with other departments to enhance guest strategies.

Work Environment

This position requires availability on weekends and may involve occasional stocking of merchandise and customer interactions. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, with some travel required.
