The Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to enhance our partnerships and reseller initiatives. This role involves redefining and establishing a new go-to-market strategy for partners while maximizing both strategic and financial returns on investment. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify partner opportunities that yield positive ROI and strategic benefits for Netcraft.
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with executives and sales teams within partner and reseller organizations to drive new business and ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders.
  • Initiate new partner collaborations with prioritized entities, engaging key internal stakeholders at Netcraft.
  • Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to track all partner interactions, opportunities, and relevant data.
  • Act as the primary liaison and advocate for partners within Netcraft.
  • Implement scalable and repeatable processes and programs that align with Netcraft's growth objectives.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to shorten the sales cycle, enhance sales performance, and elevate the company's brand and reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in partnerships, business development, or consulting within complex B2B environments.
  • Proven track record in developing and expanding partnerships.
  • In-depth professional and technical knowledge, with an understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to articulate compelling value propositions and think strategically about business and technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating high-value agreements with C-level executives.
  • Strong project management skills, ensuring the right initiatives are prioritized for positive outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
