Key Responsibilities

Ambassador and Affiliate Program:
  • Design and implement a Brand Ambassador Program, emphasizing strategy and collaboration across various departments.
  • Formulate a detailed plan that outlines the program's framework, including tiers, benefits, and participant requirements.
  • Identify incentives and rewards for participants, such as commissions, discounts, or exclusive opportunities.
  • Determine necessary technology platforms to manage an ambassador program effectively.
  • Create onboarding resources, including welcome kits and training materials.
  • Establish tracking systems to evaluate the performance of ambassadors and affiliates.
  • Set up consistent communication channels, such as newsletters or dedicated online platforms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brand ambassadors, affiliates, and creator agencies.
  • Engage in outreach and relationship-building for user-generated content and advocacy initiatives.
  • Assess campaign outcomes and provide ongoing support to ambassadors and affiliates.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine the program for improved results.
  • Participate in the ongoing recruitment of creators to expand our ambassador network.
  • Assist in budget management and goal tracking, contributing to the creative briefing process.
Online Community Engagement:
  • Encourage and oversee participation in the online community, ensuring active involvement and interaction.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the online community experience and boost participation from brand ambassadors and affiliates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate community feedback into broader organizational strategies.
Digital Community Interaction:
  • Devise strategies and execute initiatives across all organic social media platforms.
  • Manage daily postings and community interactions.
  • Further develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create captivating and engaging content and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Monitor channels for trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
  • Analyze insights and metrics to optimize content performance and inform future strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to foster innovation and growth.
  • Track and evaluate key performance metrics, utilizing data insights to enhance content and strategies.
  • Establish a rolling editorial calendar for organic social media content.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing brand ambassador programs and digital community engagement.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate the success of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proactive and motivated with a self-starter attitude.
  • Understanding of Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
