The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking a Director of Accounts to drive sales success by promoting our Digital Marketing product offerings. This role is pivotal in our enterprise sales division, focusing on our most significant clients within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships across all organizational levels, particularly with C-suite executives.
  • Support clients in initiating their journey with Adobe and assist them in maximizing the benefits of our solutions.
  • Develop a strategic, long-term vision for your business, emphasizing value creation.
  • Identify pathways to meet and exceed sales objectives proactively.
  • Exhibit innovative problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
  • Engage effectively with clients to uncover and implement viable solutions.
  • Build robust executive partnerships across various sectors (CIO, CTO, CMO, CDO).
  • Recognize and align with clients on critical business challenges that need addressing.
  • Demonstrate industry knowledge and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Clearly communicate Adobe's narrative and unique value proposition to resonate with clients' goals and resolve their business challenges.
  • Collaborate with Adobe's ecosystem and partners to drive impactful results.
  • Oversee intricate sales processes involving various internal teams, including legal, product marketing, and engineering.
  • Facilitate collaboration with external partners, including technology collaborators and system integrators.
  • Achieve sales targets while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Advance and finalize sales opportunities through effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and lead regular planning sessions to ensure team alignment.
