Job Overview

Weave is in search of an innovative and strategic professional to fill the role of Senior Partner Marketing Manager. This position plays a vital role in our growth initiatives and will concentrate on nurturing and enhancing our marketing collaborations with integration partners.

The successful candidate will possess a strong history of elevating brand visibility and generating demand through strategic partnerships by crafting inventive marketing campaigns and fostering robust relationships with marketing teams in partner organizations. Exceptional communication skills and the capability to juggle multiple projects concurrently are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Enablement: Develop engaging positioning, messaging, training, and resources that empower integration partners to thrive with Weave and prioritize our offerings over competitors. Create a user-friendly asset management system, consistently updating materials to address partner requirements.
  • Internal Team Support: Provide Weave's sales and marketing teams with the necessary positioning, messaging, training, and tools to leverage partner opportunities effectively. Ensure easy access to current content through internal asset management systems.
  • Market Segmentation: Align integration partner prospects with Weave's target audience to enhance demand generation and maximize impact.
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives: Identify collaborative marketing opportunities with partner organizations, including email campaigns, direct mail, paid advertising, events, and online presence. Develop and oversee a suite of awareness and demand generation programs executed by integration partners. Set lead qualification standards and ensure appropriate distribution to sales teams.
  • Demand Generation: Collaborate with Weave's sales and marketing teams to design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that support integration partnerships, including field marketing and events. Establish lead qualification criteria and ensure leads are effectively routed to sales teams.
  • Performance Evaluation: Define success metrics and report on campaign outcomes, facilitating informed decisions regarding which partners and initiatives yield the best results.
Performance Indicators
  • Demand Generation: Generate qualified opportunities and contribute to partner revenue through impactful marketing strategies.
  • Content Utilization: Ensure partners effectively leverage marketing materials, tools, and training, perceiving them as valuable resources.
  • Sales Efficiency: Improve Weave's and integration partners' ability to close deals more swiftly over time through targeted marketing support.
  • Partner Knowledge: Increase the number of well-trained partners, ensuring they possess a comprehensive understanding of messaging, positioning, new products/services, and demand generation processes.
  • Relationship Longevity: Strengthen relationships and enhance retention with integration partners, facilitating cross-selling and upselling opportunities over time.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing partner marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of various partnership types, including channel, co-marketing, affiliate, referral, and reseller.
  • Familiarity with partnership contract negotiations and maximizing co-marketing opportunities.
  • Understanding of diverse marketing channels, including email marketing, direct mail, paid media, events, and sponsorships.
  • Experience in crafting compelling messaging and positioning statements, as well as adapting existing content for partnerships.
  • Strong grasp of the demand marketing funnel and alignment between sales and marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficient project management skills with a commitment to thorough follow-through.
  • Strong communication abilities, effective multitasking, and a passion for the role of partners in driving demand.
  • Creative mindset with the capacity to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate the success of campaigns, content, and programs.
