About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Recruiting Team Lead to join our team at Pattern, a leading e-commerce acceleration company. As a key member of our Creators team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our affiliate program by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and fostering strong relationships with affiliates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns to attract high-quality affiliate partners across various verticals and markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align affiliate recruitment efforts with overall company goals and initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in the quality and quantity of affiliates recruited.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in affiliate recruiting or email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, performance metrics, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team, including experience with setting goals, providing feedback, and driving performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing performance data to drive strategic decisions and optimize affiliate programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
