Role Overview
As a Strategic Partner Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing partner-related revenue and transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with all partner stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Assess and refine integration workflows to enhance partner performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain thorough documentation for partner integrations, detailing both current and proposed workflows.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on contract renewals to sustain and expand partnerships.
- Address billing inquiries and disputes with efficiency and professionalism.
- Establish a structured schedule for coordination meetings with partners, customized to their level of engagement and importance.
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved technical challenges, coordinating with internal support teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance partner engagement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- A college degree is preferred, ideally in business, information technology, communication, or a related field.
- Experience with Verisk Property Estimating Solutions products (e.g., XactAnalysis, XactNet, Xactimate, ClaimXperience) is essential, along with a solid understanding of product workflows.
- 3-5 years of experience in complementary roles within Verisk that focus on products, customer workflows, and relationship management is required.
- Proficiency in business applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio/Lucid, and Jira is necessary.
- Familiarity with Verisk Property Estimating Solutions product administration tools and processes (e.g., keycode manager, Xactimate, XactAnalysis, XactNet admin) is essential.
- A basic understanding of integration technologies related to Verisk Property Estimating Solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- A problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and a commitment to achieving successful integration outcomes.
- A positive attitude and a focus on success and results.
