Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Enablement: Develop persuasive positioning, messaging, training, and resources that empower integration partners to thrive with Weave, ensuring they prioritize our offerings over competitors. Create a user-friendly asset management system, consistently updating materials to align with partner requirements.
  • Internal Team Support: Provide Weave's sales and marketing teams with the necessary positioning, messaging, training, and tools to leverage partner opportunities effectively. Guarantee seamless access to current content through internal asset management systems.
  • Market Segmentation: Align integration partner prospects with Weave's target audience to enhance demand generation and maximize impact.
  • Collaborative Programs: Identify co-marketing initiatives with partner organizations, including email campaigns, direct mail, paid media, events, and online presence. Develop and oversee a portfolio of awareness and demand generation programs executed by integration partners, establishing lead qualification criteria and ensuring appropriate distribution to sales teams.
  • Demand Generation: Work alongside Weave's sales and marketing teams to design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that support integration partnerships, including field marketing and events. Set lead qualification standards and ensure leads are properly allocated to sales teams.
  • Performance Analysis: Define success metrics and report on campaign outcomes, facilitating informed decisions regarding which partners and initiatives yield the best results.

Performance Indicators

  • Demand Generation: Drive qualified opportunities and contribute to partner revenue through effective marketing strategies.
  • Content Utilization: Ensure partners effectively engage with collateral, tools, and training, perceiving them as valuable resources.
  • Sales Cycle Efficiency: Improve Weave's and integration partners' ability to close deals more swiftly over time through targeted marketing support.
  • Partner Knowledge: Increase the number of well-trained partners, ensuring they possess a comprehensive understanding of messaging, positioning, new products/services, and demand generation processes.
  • Relationship Retention: Strengthen connections and enhance longevity with integration partners, facilitating cross-selling and upselling opportunities over time.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in managing partner marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of various partnership types, including channel, co-marketing, affiliate, referral, and reseller.
  • Familiarity with partnership contract negotiations and maximizing co-marketing opportunities.
  • Understanding of diverse marketing channels, including email marketing, direct mail, paid media, events, and sponsorships.
  • Experience in crafting compelling messaging and positioning statements, adapting existing content for partnerships.
  • Strong grasp of the demand marketing funnel and alignment between sales and marketing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient project management skills with a commitment to follow-through.
  • Strong communication abilities, effective multitasking, and a passion for the role of partners in demand creation.
  • Creative mindset with the capability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate the success of campaigns, content, and programs.
