Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to enhance our existing partnerships and reseller relationships. This role involves redefining our partner go-to-market strategy and optimizing the strategic and financial returns from these alliances. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify partner opportunities that yield positive ROI and strategic advantages for Netcraft.
  • Develop and nurture robust relationships with executives and sales teams within partner organizations to drive new business while ensuring an exceptional experience for our partners and clients.
  • Establish new partnerships with prioritized entities, engaging key stakeholders within Netcraft.
  • Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to track all partner interactions, opportunities, and relevant data.
  • Act as the primary liaison and advocate for partners within Netcraft.
  • Implement scalable processes and programs that align with Netcraft's growth objectives.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to streamline the sales cycle, enhance sales performance, and bolster the company's brand reputation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in partnerships, business development, or consulting within complex B2B environments.
  • Proven success in developing and expanding partnerships.
  • Strong professional and technical acumen, with insights into industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Ability to articulate compelling value propositions and think strategically about business and technical challenges.
  • Proven track record of negotiating high-value agreements with C-level executives.
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
