Palladium is a worldwide organization dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering positive outcomes for individuals and communities globally; enhancing access to essential services such as health, water, energy, and infrastructure; fostering sustainable and transformative institutions and market systems to tackle global challenges; and preserving the natural environment.

Operating in over 90 nations, we employ a diverse workforce of 4,000 skilled and motivated individuals from various backgrounds, religions, races, languages, and gender identities.

Opportunity Overview:

Palladium's Inclusive Growth and Natural Capital Practice (IGNC) is in search of a fluent Spanish speaker to join our team as a Senior Manager, specifically within the Inclusive Growth Portfolio.

As a mid-level professional within the Practice, the Senior Manager will leverage project management expertise and technical knowledge to enhance both project execution and business development efforts.

This role is pivotal in the initiation, administration, and oversight of projects, and through business development and contributions to thought leadership, will support Palladium Americas' growth and global impact.

The Senior Manager will facilitate project execution, business development, and various initiatives across the Practice.

This may encompass technical domains as varied as finance and investment, financial and digital inclusion, market systems, enabling business environments, agriculture, climate change and green economy, enterprise development and entrepreneurship, competitiveness, export and market development, e-commerce, and innovation.

Throughout these activities, the Senior Manager will advance IGNC strategies in private sector engagement (PSE), localization, youth and gender inclusion, and collaboration with local business ecosystems to achieve scalable and sustainable development outcomes.

Experienced Senior Managers will have the chance to support other divisions within the organization in our collaborative and agile environment, as well as to travel for project oversight or business development initiatives.

Future career paths within the organization could span any department or subject area; typically, Senior Managers evolve into thought leaders, proposal champions, and Project Directors as they gain experience and skills; they may also have opportunities for short- and long-term assignments internationally.

Location and Compensation:
This position is based in Palladium's Washington D.C. office.

For prospective employees in the United States, the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this role is anticipated to range from $76,000 to $105,000, with successful candidates potentially eligible for additional variable incentive compensation based on the role.

For part-time employees, the salary will be prorated according to the actual hours worked.
