Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational development strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Design and deliver training programs and educational resources to support employees in understanding and embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement inclusive hiring practices.
  • Partner with external organizations to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure diversity, equity, and inclusion progress.
  • Organize events and training sessions to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion awareness.
  • Provide crisis management support related to diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
  • Serve as an HR liaison and coordinator for organizational meetings.
  • Collaborate with other HR professionals to address diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Three years of professional experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Two years of professional experience in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering training for adults.
  • Experience in designing and implementing organizational development strategies.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion, or organization development.
  • Experience working for an association or membership organization.
  • Knowledge of the mission and programs of the National Education Association (NEA).
