- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Three years of professional experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Two years of professional experience in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering training for adults.
- Experience in designing and implementing organizational development strategies.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Master's degree in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion, or organization development.
- Experience working for an association or membership organization.
- Knowledge of the mission and programs of the National Education Association (NEA).
