Position Overview

Global Solutions Ventures (GSV), a partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis, is on the lookout for a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Integration Advisor to play a vital role in the Racial and Ethnic Equity (REE) Initiative at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The MEL Integration Advisor will aid in advancing the ID Hub's mission to enhance inclusion and empower marginalized communities globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate significant information regarding ID Hub initiatives to senior Agency leaders
  • Assist in executing the Equity Self-Assessment and Action Planning Tool at the Mission level
  • Establish monitoring frameworks to oversee Action Plan execution
  • Provide support to USAID/Mali on EAP implementation
  • Encourage participation in REE tools and training at both Mission and Washington Operating Unit levels
  • Facilitate partnerships with donors and organizations advocating for racial and ethnic equity
  • Assist in initiating the CASA Activity for the Climate Change Strategy
  • Support the onboarding of the new MEL Advisor
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in monitoring, evaluation, learning, international development, or a related discipline
  • Experience with USAID and issues related to racial equity
  • Proven ability to convey technical concepts effectively
  • History of producing and delivering high-quality work outputs
  • Strong analytical and adaptability skills
  • Prior involvement in donor-funded initiatives and technical support
  • Eligibility for clearance or active Facility Access Clearance
