Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on diversity and inclusion-related issues and concerns.
- Conduct analysis and research to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for enhancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to advance diversity and inclusion goals.
- Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics and progress.
- 4+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles, preferably in a media or publishing organization.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HR, business, or communications.
