About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join AXIS Capital, a leading global provider of specialty lines insurance and reinsurance. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our strategic broker relationships in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national broker strategies, with a focus on driving profitable growth and market share.
  • Lead broker engagement and establish performance frameworks for assigned brokers, ensuring alignment with national commitments.
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop and drive growth plans, advancing AXIS's market presence and relationships with broker partners.
  • Support the Head of North American Distribution Retail in managing key broker relationships and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain a consistent market presence through regular broker engagement, including virtual and in-person visitation and travel.
  • Collect and share key broker intelligence to inform growth opportunities and drive results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in an external producer-facing business development role within the insurance industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
