Role Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this position is to generate value within the assigned account portfolio by effectively designing and executing tailored account strategies to establish long-term, sustainable, and profitable relationships with clients. The role encompasses professional field sales and high-level customer consultations within the designated territory and target industry. The successful candidate will provide efficient solutions and technical support to clients while representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum one year of prior experience in customer service and/or sales, engaging directly with clients, preferred (via phone or in-person).
  • Ability to excel both independently and within a team setting.
  • Proven ability to cultivate engaged customer relationships and effectively execute strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent time management and territory management skills.
  • Must be persuasive, sales-oriented, customer-focused, and a collaborative team member.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and smartphones.
  • Must maintain a professional business appearance in accordance with company dress policy at all times.
