Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dealer Relationship Manager to join our team at Stellantis Financial Services US. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Stellantis OEM dealerships to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular training sessions with dealerships to educate them on Stellantis Financial Services US products and services.
  • Work closely with the credit and funding departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive finance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a captive finance environment.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Work Environment

This role requires regular travel to meet with dealerships and attend sales meetings. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
