Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand client relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-level consultation to primary insurance companies, focusing on commercial and personal lines.
  • Lead a dedicated client integration team, working closely with clients to bring added value and assist in achieving their specific strategies and objectives.
  • Develop deep understanding of clients' industries, challenges, and opportunities to create customized, strategic solutions.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of proven industry experience in Commercial or Personal Lines.
  • Experience in business finance (P&L), underwriting, and operations.
  • Working knowledge of Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, and Reinsurance.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Proficient in PC skills, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
