VP Strategic Client Manager Lead

At Hartford Steam Boiler, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Strategic Client Manager Lead to join our team. This role is a critical part of our Client Engagement strategy, responsible for the profitable growth and servicing needs of our top-tier reinsured clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive client engagement and revenue growth.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Manage and analyze data to inform business decisions and drive results.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of proven industry experience in Reinsurance, with a strong background in underwriting, actuarial, operations, and/or sales.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
