Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, contacting potential clients, and presenting our company's offerings. Your primary goal will be to identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Partner with sales operations on ABM Outreach content creation and upkeep
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Impeccably document outbound activity and lead management
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
  • Report to the Business Development Manager on sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans
  • Inform customers of company promotions and upgrades
Requirements
  • Must be able to navigate Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and corresponding Microsoft Office/Office 365 Applications
  • Two-year university/Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Typically 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in IT
Preferred Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
  • Experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Compensation and Benefits

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $53,050 to $78,550 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. Additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity are available. HP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
