About the Role

Senspex, a leading provider of advanced imaging technologies, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Department, you will be responsible for driving sales, sustaining customer relationships, and discovering new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve product line penetration and achieve long-term profitability.
  • Assume the communication lead in discussions with customers, providing expert-level knowledge on Senspex products.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute strategies to capture new business, including presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales strategy within targeted accounts, providing recommendations and advice to Top Management on overall sales strategy.
  • Develop relationships with key supplier contacts, participate in events and trade shows to enhance market presence, and solicit orders from current and prospective customers.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a technical field with demonstrated sales growth.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree with significant coursework in a technical field such as engineering, science, or physics.
  • Strong sales skills, ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, and expert-level knowledge on Senspex products.
  • Military and Government sales experience, military program or procurement experience, and experience with video and vision systems technologies are preferred.
