Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts
- Partner with sales operations to create and maintain ABM Outreach content
- Present HP's offerings to potential clients and identify their needs
- Document outbound activity and lead management
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with new products and services
- Report sales results to the Business Development Manager
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in IT
- Proven work experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and sales enablement tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
