About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our Sales team in Los Angeles. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major accounts in the Industrial/Solar vertical, driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly manage Key Accounts, eliciting customer needs and selling KN offer portfolio
  • Understand customers' organization and decision-making process
  • Negotiate rates and service contracts with customers
  • Monitor monthly performance against set targets
  • Ensure account plan is in place based on the Key Account Planning Process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in International Studies, Business, or Engineering
  • International experience: 2-5 years

  • Supply Chain - Logistics knowledge: broad knowledge of Air, Sea, Road, CL, IL
  • BU / FU: Sales 5-10 years
