Your Impact

As a Key Account Leader, you'll be responsible for selling Axon products and services to our law enforcement agencies. This is a quota-carrying, external field position that requires the ability to articulate complex solutions, build and maintain senior-level relationships, navigate across customer agencies and procurement processes, and lead the Axon team to success.

What You'll Do
  1. Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with the account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions.
  4. Track customer activity in internal systems to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities.
  5. Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts.
  6. Focus on customer satisfaction, know the customer's business and workflows, develop proper contact networks within accounts.
  7. Work with and bring in experts/specialists where required.
  8. Oversee and know all account activities for your book of business.
  9. Own account relationships and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
  10. Responsible for forecasting, keep management in touch with accounts in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity, and give feedback to marketing.
  11. May provide customer product training as necessary.
  12. Accountable for individual expense budget management.
What You Bring

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful customer-facing software (SaaS/Cloud) sales experience. You'll also need a minimum of 3 years' experience managing a book of business of major accounts, solution or consultative sales experience working within complex sales processes, data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM, and a strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS.

The compensation for this role is made up of an uncapped commission and a starting base pay between USD 82,500 in the lowest geographic market and USD 137,500 in the highest geographic market. On average, the national commission target for this role is USD 400,000.
