Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow existing client relationships, ensuring optimal coverage and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with brokers to create and deliver customized market submissions and quote cover letters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, understanding their operations and proactively supporting their business needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client referrals and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with client accounts, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data in internal systems, creating comprehensive documentation and performing tasks as defined by guidelines.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to brokers, informing portfolio trends and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are met, resolving invoicing issues and communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry, with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management preferred.
  • State P&C and/or surplus line licenses required; Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Commercial Insurance License (CIL) certifications preferred.
