Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Kingspoint Insurance Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs.
  • Policy Servicing: Manage the day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance policies, including policy renewals, endorsements, claims, and audits.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of commercial insurance clients' needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations to ensure their business is adequately protected.
  • Quoting and Proposals: Assist in preparing insurance quotes and proposals for commercial clients, working closely with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Account Review: Conduct regular reviews of commercial insurance accounts to ensure accuracy of coverage, identify cross-sell opportunities, and suggest modifications or updates as needed.
  • Claims Assistance: Support commercial insurance clients through the claims process, coordinating with insurance carriers and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to support business development efforts and ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to commercial insurance accounts, billing, or claims in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
  • Insurance license required (CIC, CISR, or other relevant designations are a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, workers' compensation, auto, etc.).
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance software systems (AMS360, Applied Epic, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
