Job Summary

Privia Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our rapidly growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in complex sales and business development, with a strong focus on physician enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and execute a market segmentation strategy to identify and target independent primary care doctors and specialists.
  • Sales and Business Development: Conduct initial sales meetings and presentations with physicians, follow up with interested physicians, and manage opportunities to close.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Track activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce and participate in weekly sales calls.
  • Relationship Building and Support: Provide ongoing relationship and sales support to recruited practices, and establish relationships with local partners and distributors.
  • Market Expansion: If necessary, stand up a new market for Privia and drive lead generation with top accounts and new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and advanced degree a plus, with 4+ years of complex sales or healthcare consulting experience in a highly competitive market.
  • Sales and Business Development Skills: Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environment, with experience exceeding sales targets and generating in excess of $1 Million in sales.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Proven ability to qualify and follow-up on leads from various sources, with excellent time management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
