Job Title: Sales and Marketing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team at Hard Rock International. As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for directing Cafe sales and marketing efforts that align with the overall Cafe operating strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Demonstrate financial comprehension of the Cafe budget and P&L.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Execution and development of marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Strategies: Development of sales strategies that generate consistent year-over-year entrée count growth.
  • Marketing Expenses: Manage marketing expenses in accordance with the Cafe budget and forecast models.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner across all departments in an effort to support the team in consistent execution of all systems and processes to deliver all products and services to Hard Rock brand standards.
  • Guest Experience: Foster an environment of customer service in which all team members put the guest first in every situation.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Execute established standards for overall guest satisfaction that meet or exceed brand standards as determined by an objective ranking systems.
  • Meetings and Events: Ability to ideate and execute meetings & events that exceed the expectations of all clients.
  • Team Development: Assist senior management in attracting and retaining the most exceptionally talented people available in the market and place them in positions that leverage their skills and expertise for maximum impact.
  • Performance Management: Clearly define goals and expectations for team members using performance review tools and hold your team accountable for successful performance.
  • Learning and Development: Support team development and advancement along well-defined career paths.
  • Personal and Professional Growth: Serve as a Learning Coach developing, implementing, and executing learning & developmental programs for all individuals under his/her stewardship to drive continuous improvement and employee retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a sales and marketing role preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Certifications: Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Skills: Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Background: Background in music industry a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Language Abilities: Multiple language abilities a plus, fluency in English required.
