About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dental Implant Sales Consultant to join our team at NHOMS PLLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in converting calls to prospective patients and developing long-term professional relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential patients at NHOMS-MassOMS to discuss our dental implant solution and provide expert guidance on the process.
  • Utilize our CRM system to optimize sales processes, track performance, and generate insightful reports.
  • Assist potential patients in the decision-making process by utilizing our consult process and providing personalized support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients to ensure a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment.
  • Manage follow-up processes by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest and provide education on the process, identify where they are in their decision-making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment.
  • Participate in local outbound marketing efforts to increase patient lead generation.
  • Manage referral-based lead generation processes by working with existing patients to identify potential referrals.
  • Travel up to 20% within assigned regions with expense reimbursement.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
  • Team player within a target-driven environment.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn internal programs.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills (2-3 years B2C selling experience).
  • Experience in building and maintaining patient relationships.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $55,000-$65,000 base compensation + an uncapped sales incentive plan.
